In-home respite care provides families with short-term relief by having trained caregivers assist within the child’s home environment, ensuring that families can rest and attend to other needs while their child receives quality support. Both types of respite care are designed to promote wellbeing, support family stability, and ensure children and youth have safe, enriching experiences during times of need.
